New Mom Worries!

Hey- I am a new frenchie owner. I worked in a vet for years, saw a few who never had any unusual problems. Everything I am reading on the web is making me VERY nervous, and I havent even gotten the dog yet! Is it a case of only people with problems post? My breeder has a great rep and has had no problems with her older dogs, etc, etc,...Am I just being very nervous? I am worried about allergies, food, ets. Someone please reassure me!
